The hotel was facing the street, which was not ideal for our children and elderly parents. The room was average, outdated, and had a problem with a ventilation smell. The service was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home despite some staff issues. The location was a bit far from Fira city center but close to a bus stop to Oia, offering a quiet stay. The dining experience was tasty with a variety of selections. Overall, Amerisa Suites has its ups and downs but is recommendable for a decent stay.
